 Joel Boultinghouse  Troy Messina  Loren Demerath

Loren Demerath, on guitar and vocals, recently starred in
the Performing Art Center's production of "Singin' in the Rain," singing and tap-dancing the lead role made famous by Gene Kelly.  By day, Loren is a professor of sociology at Centenary College. 

Joel Boultinghouse was the guitarist of the acclaimed hit northeastern rock group "Tizzy" and has toured all over the country.  Joel works with mentally disabled people at the Northwest Support Services Center.

Troy Messina has played a range of styles with various bands, most notably with the successful Austin Texas group, "3 Penny Opera".  Troy's day job is being a physics professor at Centenary.

A Fine Romance has played at the Red River Revel, and served as the house band at Abby Singer's Bistro in the Robinson Film Center.  The trio has also performed at Columbia Cafe, The Naked Bean, ArtSpace, Macondo, and at a variety of benefit events for organizations such as the Renzi Institute, the Montessori School for Shreveport, ABetterShreveport, the Glen Retirement Community, and All Souls Unitarian Church.
